Our business operates at the heart of every local community and the majority of our employees live locally too.

Many love to support local good causes in their spare time, and Love to Help is our way of getting behind that voluntary effort, and to help make our contribution to keeping local communities great places to live and work.

Employees can choose one of three ways to volunteer through the programme and the company pledges to match up to 30 hours per year of work time to help staff do more volunteering.

Volunteer activities include:

RiverCare

This is a company driven initiative run in conjunction with the charity Keep Britian Tidy.

WaterAid

This is our industry charity and Anglian Water is a very active supporter and fundraiser. Employees volunteer to help at regional or national events.

Personal choice

Many employees give active support to a lot of good causes in the community. Community activities can range from volunteering with local scouts, through to being a school governor.

Due to the high numbers of requests, we are unable to give sponsorship to local events/charities. However support can be given through volunteering under Love to Help.
